We've agreed on a chest freezer and I'm going to look into a different gate for the kitchen (one with an actual gate, I think- not the hop-over that I'm doing 20,000 times a day) and a stroller (which you may know- ad naseum- that I've somewhat researched already...).

The rest into savings for when Redbeard gets laid off Dec-Mar.

It's nice to see my honey again- during daylight. Monkey's in bed and I'm (happily) off to my consumer research!

My consolation stroller the Baby Planet Solo Sport regular in Crimson is now $35 more than what I was going to buy it for! All that agonizing and almost deciding to do it...! Okay, well, maybe it's still $100 somewhere else; back to the shopping. Grrr. Crankypants.

Unfortunately, there has been no commensurate drop in the Deluxe model. [Sigh]

Well, I did find the Solo Sport regular in Crimson for $100 + $8 shipping somewhere else-- AND I found the Deluxe for $10 less than at Amazon w/ free ship (despite which, it still is not really in my budget). I really want that damn Deluxe, obviously. Why am I so fixated on it?
